Tip: Summers are usually booked. Consider Sept. thru May for better availability.

Tip: Consider Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Spring Break and Easter instead of summer.

Tip: People overlook long weekends like MLK, In-Service, Columbus Day, Good Friday etc. for longer getaways.

Tip: Call us at last minute and we may have something due to last minute cancellations.

Tip: Weekdays during Sept-May are light. This is often where you will find the best rates and availability.

Tip: We provide dishes, cups and silverware, but to save cleaning time between meals, bring paper plates, cups and plasticware for easy use and dispose. Be sure to bring extra trash bags, paper towels and toilet paper.

Tip: Depending on your carrier, your cell phone or PDA may be out of range. We have a phone for your perusal, free LD within the mainland USA. We also offer free WiFi access.

Tip: We have a new beach and boat slip. Bring beach stuff and your boat! Boat ramp is a stone's throw away. The beach is right on our cove.

Tip: We have a laundry room for your use, bring laundry soap.

Safety Tip: Use plastic or canned beverages instead of glass bottles. Broken glass can result in a wasted trip to the Emergency Room. :)
